ABOUT THIS PROJECT: A $13,000,000, 44-unit Mixed-Use, Low Income, Sustainable Urban Revitalization Project, net-zero energy solution leveraging a 287KW solar array and five electric vehicles for car-sharing, Posterity Heights will target low-income single parents that are enrolled in College and have begun their journey to self-sufficiency.

Pure was brought in the very late stages of the project to help complete this innovative community development and affordable housing project. Pure helped complete the project as a construction contractor, including compliance, as well as Housing Quality Standards (HQS) and Housing Authority inspection.
