I wanted to thank you one more time for all the work your team has done at Oak Terrace. We got the most recent rent roll and you have no idea what a relief it is to be finally coming up on 100% occupancy. This complex has been bleeding hard since we bought it in 2016 and there were a couple of times when I was ready to give up. But then we started working with Biggs and things started improving. With the final interior rehabs complete, I'm happy to see the complex get a new lease on life. Even though I'm not there to see it, it sounds like everything came out great. And thanks for doing this all on a fairly tight budget. Finding good people to work with is the biggest challenge for any business. I'm hoping that we can continue working together for our mutual benefit.
